Sara Elizabeth Joyce
Director of Dark Media
Sara Elizabeth Joyce is a Writer, Producer, Director, Art Director, and Financier.
From the ’90s to the 2000s Sara worked on over 100 productions from stage to screen in various roles developing her skills to become a producer in Australia and Japan.
Sara has worked on a number of Hollywood Productions at Fox/ Marvel Studios in Sydney in the Art Department, and actively seeks out and finances independent productions.
In 2019 Sara ran for the Australian federal senate. From 2011 to 2020 Sara worked on hundreds of interviews and productions in the political arena in Digital Media.
Sara is a financial member of the Media Entertainment Arts Alliance (MEAA), a financial member of the Australian Writers Guild (AWG), An Associate member of the Screen Producers Association (SPA), A General member of The Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards (AACTA), and is a judge for several film festivals.
